Delivery Partner Account ManagerAmazon's team of Account Managers handle the end-to-end relationship with our Delivery Partner (DP) business owners from acquisition to onboarding and steady state as they successfully grow a new last mile package delivery business.
The Delivery Partner Account Manager will be responsible for finding new DPs and managing the relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DOIn this Individual Contributor role, you will serve as the face of Amazon to a portfolio of Delivery Partners assigned to delivery stations in a pre-defined region.
You will own your territory in developing and executing a plan to acquire new DPs and ensure a successful onboarding and launch.
Once launched, you'll provide best-in-class support for our DPs and create systems to drive high performance, quality and customer retention.
You'll accomplish this by collaborating with an integrated internal team of Station Operations Managers, Program Managers, and Compliance and Finance personnel.
You'll work to analyze problems, discover insights, deliver recommendations, and drive change both internally and externally.
This is a high impact type role where you will be collaborating with a new team and new processes from scratch in a highly ambiguous environment that pushes forward Amazon's innovation in the last mile delivery space.
On a daily basis, Delivery Partner Account Managers are responsible for:
Developing a business development/acquisition strategy for their territory.
Acquiring new partners through cold calling, door knocking, referrals and events.
Supporting DPs as they onboard to the program, launch and ramp into their steady state volume.
Guiding DPs as they scale their business and manage operational issues, ensuring they have resources in place to effectively ramp-up operations.
Coordinating quality and performance reviews to discuss business performance and new opportunities, as well as to provide benchmarking data and insights.
Communicating program updates, operational impacts and disruptions.
Partnering with internal teams to facilitate solutions on behalf of DPs Identifying workflow inefficiencies and working to formulate and implement operational improvements at the network level and to improve the individual DP experience.
Willingness to travel ( 2-3 days/week); the role is based out of our Sioux Falls, SD delivery station.
Candidate should be flexible with hours and travel to support the portfolio of assigned DPs as needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
