These roles are fast-paced and challenging positions that relies on the ability to think and react quickly, formulate creative solutions to pressing problems, and serve clients with dedication. As a Citi Credit Representative you'll act as a guardian for Citi and our customers. You might be in a position where you will help decide which customers will manage their credit well and should be extended credit or receive an increase in their credit limit. You could take on the job of watching for red flags on accounts and talking to customers on the phone who need to know what is going on. No matter which credit representative role you take on your day will be filled with interactions with customers, colleagues, and other financial institutions. Review accounts to determine eligibility and/or assess risk. Respond to customers via phone and/or written communications. Comprehend, determine and direct the specific verification and/or investigative procedures to be used in the processing of a customers information. Negotiate directly with customer and/or third parties to ensure both customer and business requirements are met. Analyze and interpret financial documents. Regularly resolve highly complex customer situations. QualificationsWe find that in order to be successful as a Credit Representative you should have: Credit experience desired. Ability to clearly communicate through both verbal and written means. Challenges include workload, meeting quality, phone productivity, queue productivity and timeliness standards. Must possess broad based product knowledge.
