Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs. Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications. Provides coding
direction to less experienced staff or develops highly complex original code. Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts. Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs. Oversees overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production. Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides. Leads projects, allocates and manages resources and manages the work of less experienced staff. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.
This position will focus on projects and initiatives related to the statements and letters we support for third party initiatives utilizing the HP Exstream software tools.- Many of our projects involve handling image files and converting output to formats suitable for electronic presentment.-- This position is also responsible for creating and testing the code for processing the required format conversions.- The position will work with various business units and application teams, including Treasury Services and Enterprise Utility Services, to understand business requirements, document technical specifications, develop code, execute test scenarios and provide leadership for projects.
Basic

years application development and implementation experience.
Minimum
Qualifications:
7
yrs. development experience with HP Dialogue software, JCL, IBM mainframe operating systems
Demonstrated experience with complex application design
Demonstrated experience with performing data mapping and analysis for third party customer documents
Demonstrated experience in Java batch application development
Demonstrated batch processing experience in a Linux/Unix environment
Demonstrated experience with Shell Scripting (ksh, bsh, csh)
Proficiency with the Microsoft suite tools
Demonstrated experience with Endevor or Changeman
Self- starter who can be effective in a fast paced dynamic environment
Proven oral and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills
Demonstrated experience with being able to interface effectively with all levels across the organization including management and business units.
Flexibility and organizational skills are necessary to prioritize multiple assignments related to projects, problem resolution and other responsibilities.-
Demonstrated experience working effectively on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated experience with analyzing complex business requirements
Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated experience with mainframe Cobol
Experience with StreamWeaver is preferred.
Experience with CA7 Scheduling
Experience with determining sizing and document estimates for third party document composition initiatives.
Knowledge and experience with the Wells Fargo testing standards, environments and processes is preferred.-
Print and Mail industry knowledge is a plus.
Experience with ConnectDirect: NDM-
Demonstrated experience working effectively with virtual teams.
