Job Summary
The Information Systems Analyst provides advanced problem solving support to computer users and provides maintenance and repair for systems and products by performing the following duties.
Job Responsibilities
Troubleshooting - 30%
Receives and responds to calls from technology users and logs all such calls. Manages multiple e-mail inboxes and other tracking tools.
Determines if problems are caused by hardware, such as modem, printer, cables, etc.
Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for user issues.
Analyzes problem tickets to identify trends to pro-actively resolve those issues.
Follows up on the problem tickets to ensure user satisfaction.
Provides primary or secondary support responsibilities for desktop applications and escalates to technicians as needed.
Assists in the coordination and installation of hardware and software for the division, branch, department or user.
Assist in resolving post installation technical issues that arise.
Escalates to management or appropriate security personnel of network and system health including security breaches.

Assists in monitoring network and system health by responding to alerts and escalating appropriately.
End User Administration - 70%
Performs production support and administration tasks as scheduled including software installations and updates.
Performs user ID creation and maintenance for employee access changes on defined applications, ID creation and user ID removal.
Assists in performing user ID access reviews and account clean-up process.
Creates new and maintains existing procedures for End User Administration.
Other duties may be assigned.
Job Qualifications
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
A valid state issued driver's license.
Education and Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree from a college, university or technical school; two to three years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities
There are no supervisory responsibilities
Travel
Some local travel is required.
Working Conditions
Monday-Friday
This position will require flexibility with schedule and the ability to work occasional nights, weekends, or travel as required for the business.
Office Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is predominantly required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Experience with various hardware systems including IBM compatible desktops, laptops, plus the ability to determine customer needs and specifications.
Experience in assessing reported computer-related or connectivity based issues.
Knowledge of networking topologies (i.e. Ethernet, LAN, WAN) and VPN connectivity requirements.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
