Job Summary
To work closely with the Partner Services team for the successful implementation and support of partners and program launches.
Job Responsibilities
Program Administration - 60%
Completes and submits all necessary documentation to support implementation of the partner and programs.
Reviews applications from partners for completeness and accuracy.
Facilitates all aspects of program implementations following rules and guidelines set forth by Meta and External agencies.
Analyzes, reviews, revises, submits and obtains approvals on collateral materials created against Collateral Guidelines.
Completes and submits all necessary documentation to Associations to support partner's programs.
Business Initiatives - 20%
Tracks assigned implementation tasks and maintains updates in Bank systems and partner folders.
Maintains current knowledge of changes received in bulletins from networks.
Documents progress and completion of tasks in Action Logs.
Facilitates all aspects of program implementations and wind downs.
Relationship Management - 20%
Answer incoming partner calls, emails, and correspondence.
Participates in meetings and conference calls including program launches. Acts as SME of pre-paid programs. Determines who needs to know what changes are coming and elevates issues as needed.
Submits issues for resolution to appropriate virtual team members.
Contributes in virtual meetings with internal and external partners.
Reporting
Compiles data for reports used internally (and externally) (by whom).

Job Qualifications
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
A valid driver's license is required.
Education and Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

There is no travel required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
