If this sounds inspiring we are currently seeking a Technical Generalist to join our team in a full-time, non-exempt position.
What you'll do:
This position is in our Contact Center where the relationship with our customers is business to business. If you have a passion for getting to the root of problems and enjoy troubleshooting this is a job for you! The shifts are flexible which may involve working day, mid or night shifts and may require some weekend and holiday duties to ensure 365 day coverage. You will provide technical support to other departments within SONIFI, International Licensees, SONIFI customers, Field Service Representatives and Service Partners, along with dispatching field service technicians as needed. This position requires analytical thinking, organizational, communicational, and customer service skills are a must. Individuals must have a desire and willingness to learn and maintain knowledge.
You'll need:
A minimum 2-year technical degree or the equivalent combination of education and or work experience.
Fundamental knowledge of Windows, Linux and UNIX in addition to a strong technical aptitude.
Experience in a technical call center is preferred.
Communication skills and the ability to multi-task
Effectively apply problem resolution techniques while troubleshooting in a team environment.
Bi-lingual is a plus.
