What You'll Be DoingIn your position as an Automation Manager, building and development of team members,customer relationships, collaboration/coordination with other teams, and budgetary/financial results you'll have the latest tools and technologies readily available to your success.
Responsibilities may include:
Service Delivery Technical direction for delivery teams and scoping definition with site visits.
Build a culture of measurement and accountability and skillfully use measurement tools.
Work with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Lead agile project teams.
Ensure client satisfaction while enhancing relationships with financial success.
Lead People Guide the culture, lead, and promote our behavioral safety culture, and ensure that Interstates' mission and core.
Values are pursued in all respects.
Responsible for and lead day to day coaching, development, performance, and accountability of Lane Leaders.
Work with Client Delivery Leaders, People Deployment and Homebase Leader for long-term and short-term manpower planning.
Along with Automation Leadership Team, promote a healthy culture within Automation Delivery.
Assist with monitoring the company's Leadership Pipeline of present and future leaders.
Knowledge and Expertise for this RoleWe are looking for an Automation Manager with service delivery experience.
Applicants ideally have the following:
2- to 4- year automation or engineering degree OR equivalent experience.
7-10 years' previous automation experience leading projects.
3-5 years' experience of progressive leadership role Preferred skills or industry knowledge Value-add Ag such as:
