New Equipment Product Manager

Description C & B Equipment, a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 30 years to include John Deere Ag, material handling and power sports locations, has an opening for a New Equipment Product Manager at our Field Support Office in Sioux Falls, SD.
The New Equipment Product Manager will have the responsibility for implementing and measuring key metrics pertaining to all new equipment including ag, turf, and compact construction.
This individual will lead the weekly, monthly, and annual strategies to achieve new equipment revenue, market share, and inventory turn goals.
This individual will serve as a critical liaison between all new equipment suppliers including John Deere and all other suppliers of shortline equipment.
Essential Duties:
Monitor market share reports and communicate results to sales team Monitor market share settlements to ensure accuracy within C & B AOR Develop annual sales unit budgets and build monthly PULSE unit budget reports Track and monitor high potential low share market share counties Communicate monthly sales incentive programs to C & B sales team Track and effectively communicate price increases on all new equipment Monitor new equipment availability and communicate to sales team Measure new inventory turn and work with sales team to hit turn goals Generate a new equipment margin opportunity analysis each month Develop and implement a new aged equipment plan Manage the process of John Deere dealership transfers Monitor and communicate John Deere experience survey reporting by store Create and communicate an early order program calendar for all new equipment Lead a strategy to maximize PowerGard warranty sales on all new equipment Collaborate with the region sales teams on stock ordering equipment to align with market share and new equipment revenue goals Manage and implement distribution of the new equipment transfer fund Work with the aftermarket team on consistent pre-delivery and setup costs Collaborate with the headquarters team on all new equipment processes Work with the support team and IT on delivering information to the sales team in a timely and effective manner to maximize new equipment revenues and margins
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Excellent communication skills along with working well with teams Agricultural equipment background preferred Strong organizational skills needed Above average competency in Microsoft Products including Excel and PowerPoint Sales department experience or background working in a sales department or ag industry for 5
years preferred Valid driver's license and a safe driving record High school diploma or equivalent required Employee
